The Facilities Maintenance Division is committed to quality service. Our mission is to anticipate and provide the physical environment which enables Town of Chino Valley to achieve its objectives in public services.
The Facilities Division provides building maintenance and janitorial services to all of the Town's 19 facilities. In order to ensure quality customer service the Facility Maintenance Division provides the following:
Maintenance services including scheduled and preventative maintenance, in-house remodeling projects cabinetry work and divisional moves
Janitorial services to all town facilities
Building inspections, inspection of fire suppression equipment and inspection of all natural gas systems
Service for indoor environmental control systems
Service and Maintain Parks in a safe and efficient manner
