[ARCHIVED] MEETING WITH THE MAYOR

Mayor Chris Marley

CANCELLED

On Thursday December 3rd, 6 pm at Arturo's Restaurant (900 block of Hwy 89 in Chino Valley) the public is invited to attend a presentation by Chino Valley mayor Chris Marley and Ruth Mayday, Town Development Services Director who will be discussing several zoning issues.

Included in the Mayors talking points are:

  • How do we find the balance between a Homeowner's Association and no restrictions at all?
  • How do we ensure the same freedoms for all of our citizens?
  • If an individual buys property, can't they do with it as they wish?

Mayday's portion will cover several items, including how Town Staff addresses public concern over types of businesses in our area as well as regulations staff is required to adhere to in dealing with new business license & zoning applications.

A brief Q&A session will follow. The event should last approximately 1 hour.

We hope to see you there.
