In order to meet the needs of the growing Chino Valley community, the Town government developed a comprehensive plan to renovate the Community Center Park. Planned for completion in several phases, the ongoing rehabilitation includes:
- Outdoor Aquatic Center
- 12 acres of multiple purpose playing fields with sports field lighting
- Outdoor amphitheater
- Urban Water feature
- Dog park
- Intricate walkways accessing pavilions and ramadas
