Going to Court

It is the intention of the court to provide you with useful information so you can make an informed decision about what to do now that you received a ticket. Here are some frequently asked questions, but if your question is not answered in the accompanying information, please call the Court and a member of the staff will be glad to assist you.

If your arraignment is at 8:30 a.m. you must appear in court.

Civil Traffic
If your arraignment is at 10:30 a.m. you MUST appear unless:
  1. You have paid your ticket or
  2. Completed Defensive Driving School

Juvenile

If your arraignment is at 10:30 a.m. you must appear in court with a parent or guardian. There are no exceptions to this policy.
